… and i started playing Diablo 2 ALL over again because Blizzard is still delaying the release date of Diablo 3 but i guess i’m ok with it since they are already doing it with Starcraft 2. So, what is another 5 years?
Blog has been temporarily suspended for nearly 4 days and is now back up online. Registered for my CLP and classes will begin at September, 11th (yes, believe it or not!) and over the course of 9 months, i will be taking my BAR examination to which i will obtain that dumb license to practice in the commercial world BUT OF COURSE all of these are ideally subjected to the fact that i MUST pass my Part II examination which i’ve just taken not long ago with a minimum of 2 Bs. Failing which, i’m pretty much as good as D.E.A.D. =O
Alright, ever since i had CHDK installed in my S5, i’m experimenting on the extra features that it has to offer and i am ashamed to admit that i have yet to conquer even 15% of the total things in it. So far, i have only know how to articulate about with .raw files. The ability to extend apertures to 16 and shutter speed to a staggering 1/12800 is still very far fetch in my dictionary. Higher aperture rates will allow one to achieve more drastic bokeh effects and maximizing the shutter speed can allow you to capture a droplet of water in mid air =O I want to do that :T__T:
But i have to admit that .raw files are fun to play with especially being associated with photoshop because there’s just so much more that you can do to a picture and they don’t look “altered” at the end of the day. This is my room now and you can clearly see Optimus Prime’s hand juts out and that Christmas Tree i got from my girlfriend as a gift last year T___T
My first filter pack, a 58mm Massa CPL and a 58mm OEM adapter for Canon which i bought for less than RM10.00 over Dealextreme.com and even up until today, every time i look at this adapter, i giggled within myself because i did a price check over camera shops around town and they wanted RM300.00 each. The beauty of online shopping!
Remember i bought a new N78 back in January?
Well, it is sad to say that all those “i don’t want a single scratch on this phone until i die” intentions can go down the drain because as you can see, the touch pad has been so severely scratched that the first layer coating came off. It started off with a small peck on the upper right and it has since evolved to this stage of distortion T___T
Finger nails are the main cause T___T
When i first purchased this phone, rumor has it that the N78 had a color variant, a white one and not just the difference in color on the back cover but the entire phone. This means that in this variant, what’s black here will become white and we can all only come to one conclusion, stunning but soon all hopes was lost as i was told that some ass decided to punk`d the world by inverting colors of a black N78.
Weeks later, the rumored white faceplate of the N78 is up for sale on ebay.com for RM200.00++ after conversion and to concretized this, there are numerous de-boxing blog entries regarding this confirming the positive existence of the mystical “white” N78. As much as i wanted it but hey, other than the touch pad, the whole damn phone looks brand new and there’s always a concern of “originality”.
The white faceplate that ebay.com has to offer are OEM sets so meaning once i have it replaced, my phone will no longer bear its “original” qualities with it as it now has an OEM faceplate. Not an academic issue to debate but a purely emotional one T___T but hey, whatever it is the N78 is still a great phone.

.raw format images doesn’t recognize Color Accents so i’m assuming that it’s going to be the same all other “creative” shooting modes in the S5 but it don’t matter because i’m more of a fan to full color than selected T___T
This picture is supposedly be color accented to “blue” but then it came out full color and IMO, it’s not too bad to the eye XD
Ok then, i’m off to lose another 300kcal and hopefully more tonight!
