Happy Birthday To Myself.

January 28, 2008 shani 1 comment

..they are fluffy cute and steel hard..” this was the clue that my baby gave to me concerning the surprise birthday present that she got me a day before my birthday. I was very excited over it and so i interrogated her for more clues and also played some guessing game. I realized i couldn’t contain the anticipation that is accumulating in me and so i brought forward the date on when we’re supposed to meet up on Monday to Saturday. I went to bed bearing the anxiety badge with me and couldn’t wait for the sun to rise. My usual 3 alarm clocks rang and i woke up feeling as irritated as ever but was quickly overwhelmed with the excitement i rarely had when i wake up, i felt exceptionally active that morning. I immediately dashed into my bathroom and have my face washed, teeth brushed and body bathed having my heartbeat racing faster and faster as the time that i am supposed to go over draws close. I had everything completed at around 1100hrs and thought to myself “… what the hell, i might as well go early. I don’t want go through one more minute like this T__T” and so i called my baby and asked her if i could do so and she replied me with a resounding yes and that came when she was still sleeping. I was delighted and told her i’ll see her in 30minutes time but she did asked me to call her when i reach Midvalley because she does have a habit of sleeping overtime, the toll of being nocturnal =D

No one is at home so i have to call my mom and let her know i’m going out. My SmartTag ran out of credit the night before leaving only 20cents in them so i had no choice but to fork out my own money for the RM3.70 toll. It would be perfect drive for me if it wasn’t for the superbly hawt sun that is beaming its rays light years away trying to kill any organisms that it could find but nonetheless i reached her place in one piece, other than that because Archangel isn’t really known for its fuel economy and i only have half tank of fuel left because i did some really serious traveling days before so i was worried that i might not have enough fuel to go back later in the evening. I have a 50 in my wallet but i didn’t want to use it because i know i will not be able to claim it back later, fuels are usually sponsored by my parents and if you chipped it in yourself it would simply mean you’re doing it at your own accord. I’m not that stupid yet. I parked my car slightly a bit nearer to the gate because her parents Harrier was at the usual spot that i would park if if i come over. I called my baby to let her know i arrived and she told me she’s coming down but she never did -.- i sneaked into the house after mistakenly thought that the gate was opened by her for me while the truth is her youngest uncle was just about to go out. Entered the house and saw her grandma who is amazingly humorous sitting at the dinner table eating with her sister and so i didn’t want to interrupt them which explains why i walked out of the house again searching for Keno. Keno is their dog by the way.

“…I can so beat Lassie in terms of pathetic looks”

Keno is just so cute and i tell you, his paws is one of the best paws i’ve ever seen. If there’s a The Best Paws Award i think it should be awarded to this perasan case anjing and yes, this was also the same dog that tried to swallow my hand on my baby’s birthday party last year’s October 13 (when we haven’t couple up yet) and now he’s on the COE (see-hor-ee) status, interpreted as “let him do whatever he wants with me” It’s so freaking cool because i can now manipulate his huge spongy paws wherever i want ^^

Minutes after i harassed Keno who happens to sleep under the aquarium, my baby came out and greets me =) and then she asks me to wash my hands before she would show me my surprise birthday presents. I was required to shut my eyes tight before entering her study room where she kept it. One of her cousins entered with us and started giggling and that’s when my heartbeat started racing and all sorts of imagination running through my mind, as i feel my baby’s presence nearer to me and i know she’s carrying something in her hand i tried to curl up while standing very near to the wall fearing i might see a creature from the reptilian world. I wanted to die at time T__T it’s that feeling that fills you when you are thrown into a dark pit with no lights and then knowing something alive is thrown down together with you and you can’t see it, the fear of things that you can’t see.. oh, the agony *smacks forehead* Finally when my baby asked me to open my eyes, i opened them slowly and i went OMFG and i almost fainted because…

Need. To. Escape. From. This. Grip.

I SAW THIS!!! i went euphoric afterwards and couldn’t stop giggling and grinning widely when my baby put it in my hands XDXDXD but wait, there’s more!! she didn’t gave me 1 but 2!! She got me 2 baby hamsters for my birthday.

Left : ahhh *sleeps* | Right : Wake Up Or I’ll Bust Yo` Arse

Can you believe this? I know i couldn’t =D these hamsters, 2 months old each and they are not even an inch in length *swoons* and the eyes they have on them are just so BIG, resembling those Japanese Animations where their characters have extremely sharp pointy nose, big round eyes and spiky hairs. My baby initially only bought one but when she took it home for the first time, her grandma sounded to her saying that it’s inappropriate and so my baby has to go out again to purchase one more, her sister contributed on the second one. Not long after we tried to make life difficult for these little creatures, my baby decided we should name them and we came up with these

  • Baby – the first that was bought with more tint of brown.
  • Chu Chai – the second one that was of more tint of grey.

To be honest, it’s really quite hard to distinguish the both of them for strangers because there isn’t much of a difference between them but if you faced them long enough, you can tell it at first sight whose who.

Erm..erm… *munch munch* big… corns… *drools*

Baby loves to sleep under the thread mill while Chu Chai is just one hell of a good tunneler, she tunnels through almost anything that comes in her way but both equally loves to eat and sleep -.- After having done the necessary, both my baby and i went out to AEON Cheras Selatan to have lunch and we had one vanilla ice-cream, one 1901 hotdog and RM18.00 worth of sushi and on our way browsing through the shops, look who we bumped into :-

*if you fags wanna get rich yo, better touch my butt yo~!*

Very friendly God of Fortune i must say, waves to almost everyone including Indians, Malays and Banglas. Setting a very good example showing to the general public that God doesn’t discriminate but i was heartbroken when she, yes it is a SHE, gave people sweets instead of red packets… but but i don’t want sweets =’( *sobs* We bumped into her again when we’re entering Living Cabin where my baby got me a Lavender fragrant scented oil for me to apply around Archangel so that i will remain calm at all times. It’s pretty strange and farney to see some people shouting and screaming when they see this God of Fortune o_O

We drove back home and because there was really no more available parking space outside of her house, my baby’s mom asked me to parked inside their house and i went “woah, want meh!?” but given the situation i don’t really have a choice XD i guess my status has been elevated to another level and one of the cousins said that Archangel looks like a Transformer  i was like “for real yo~!?i guess only kids that believes can see, remember Peter Pan? If you don’t believe in him, you cannot fly. After dinner, my baby asked if i wanted to have porridge for supper and i said i’m fine with anything and so i drove her Wira, it is really weird driving a sedan after for so long in the absence of driving Forbidden and i was really alien to it but i managed to maneuver it well at the end of the day, quite powerful car i must say for a 1.6l. Beats CAMPRO anytime.

Ordered a bowl of Chu Chap meaning mixed pork parts, taste better than expected which accounts for the 2nd bowl and it was extremely fun eating there although it’s nothing expensive or grand, i guess it really matters on who you’re eating it with. We flooded the porridge with pepper and spring onions XD Bought a blueberry tart to replace the should be birthday cake and then after that both of us travel around Cheras and Sg. Long to see if there’s any Whip Cream on sale but to no avail and so we returned home. My baby decorated the tart with items recycled from previous cakes that was bought on birthday occasions and here is what we got

One simple and nice birthday tart. She sang the birthday song and i made a wish and that it was made haphazardly so i would like to repeat it here, i know how people say if you reveal your wishes they will not come true but i don’t believe in nonsense like these because i genuinely believed that happiness is something that you should grasp yourself and let nothing decides your fate, God gave human free will so make good use of it.

“I wish for me and my baby would last a lifetime and would overcome any possible obstacles that we might face in the future, big or small we’ll be together and we will sail through times of predicaments. To the people who i love, hope that they will always be in good health.”

Blew the candle and then cut the tart and we even divide it to her parents, i think we are quite impossible. In any case, i went back a very happy man as i have never been happier celebrating my birthdays. Took the straight Kesas highway because dad called me and sounded me at 0045hrs for coming back home late, costs me RM6.60, bled from my own wallet. Perhaps that night was the night that i set a new record for the slowest drive ever, i never exceeded 85kmph on a seriously empty highway and it was the most difficult drive i have ever embarked upon because avoiding potholes is now more 50 times more dangerous. I cannot swerve left and right as i wish because the inertia would kill my pet hamsters. Funny thing is i saw 2 Myvi racing through on an at least 150kmph and 1 Nissan Skyline and i bet it was doing AT LEAST 180kmph and then maybe 5 minutes after it disappeared from my sight i saw it stopped by the roadside with its driver talking to a police officer and i LOL in the car alone. Overall, it was a fun day =D

I was supposed to go to class on Sunday but i couldn’t wake up so i skipped it hence i spent my real birthday sitting in my house alone and even dinner, my parents weren’t here with me because they had to attend to someone’s wedding dinner. My sister and I were left with a RM50.00 to order pizza for dinner

Domino’s Classic Chicken

…and this IS my birthday dinner.

N80 & I

January 20, 2008 shani 4 comments

I collected my N80 earlier today for RM800.00 after having the cover replaced because the original one had scratches all over it. If you are wondering, yes, wonder no more because it IS a second hand cellphone that dates back November 2006. Why didn’t i opt for a new one instead? Answer is simple, it’s because N80 has been discontinued sometime ago and the reason why i chose to get a N80 is because of its features and considering the price tag, it’s quite worth the trouble. The condition of the N80 wasn’t bad at all and i believe it was traded in at most 10 months after usage due to the fact that the software (Symbian 60) was a bit laggy and the battery life spent is bad. In a nutshell, worth the buy because when it first came out it was tagged at around RM1,400.00. I planned to get the N81 initially but taking into account the price, features and the possibly depreciation in value i decided not to although it is a new model. Gadgets are never worth investing in the first place.

I was ear-farked by Mr. Au Yong Wai Yan himself on Commercial Law for 2 straight hours before i finally get the chance to leave class. He will be coming in for the next session as well or until at least International Trade is done with, we were given a whole bunch of printed notes and it was basically ‘repeat-after-me‘ lessons. When i finally get hold of that N80, i immediately try out the 3MP camera and look what i’ve captured

Yes, I am speechless as well.

After we all went to Wong Kok Hong Kong Restaurant which is just footsteps away from us, i ordered something that finally made me understand why French people don’t eat rice or eat less rice compared to bread or whatever staple food they are famous for. I ordered, French Fried Rice and it should and will be the worst fried rice i have ever tasted in my whole entire life. It’s fried with ketchup i suppose which accounts for the rather unnatural sweetness, the rice was not throughly fried and it has no ingredients at all except for like maybe a spoon full of mixed vegetables and sausages.

In Cantonese, it’s called “Fark-Kok Chao Fan” and i’m not kidding.

Costs me RM8.90 for this rubbish, if i knew that it would taste like recyclable plastic i’d rather order drinks and filled myself up with liquid. Went back to college after that and entered for Law of Trust before all of us went back home.

Speaking of student ball, rumors has it that the SRCs are fighting amongst themselves because of the failing rate at which the tickets are sold. From what i have heard, the president, Mugilan suggested to each and every head of the clubs that it is compulsory that they take at least 10 tickets irregardless of whether they are able to sell them or not. Not only that, he further added that every committee members including the head of the clubs are to share and bear the costs on equal footings IF the ball suffered loses at the end of the day which i think most likely will be the case. Daniel Bong, president of the Witenagemot Club exchanged words with Mugilan which includes foul languages fled the scene after they failed to reach an agreement. So much for effective council management eh, Mugi? I believe his suggestion angered most of the committee members. Maybe a changed of style in terms of management because the last time when we tendered application to decorate the lobby with ‘items’, it was rejected based on the grounds that they will taint the college’s commercial professional image. Oh really? So, balloons are supposed to increase corporate image?

College stairs look like a freaking fun fair >=(

Juin provided me with information that the student ball ticket price is now reduced to RM80.00 per pax as opposed to the earlier RM90.00 per pax and Mugilan is defintely feeling the pressure already because 1 week is all there’s left for him to sell off the remaining seats. The strange thing is not about the ticket price reduction but why nobody knows about this reduction? There’s nothing circulating amongst the Part I students that’s for sure. Another failed marketing strategy or they are just being plain desperate? I was quite surprised that considering the limited time amount that they have, they can still leave the ticket booth empty with no one attending to it, leaving behind 2 pieces of paper handwritten asking student to contact them if interested. This is not sales at all.

In any case, i wish them all good luck.

‘When the man puts his hand on your shoulder, you can’t simply shove it aside.’

The story that Tun Eusoff Chin concocted for The Royal Commission of Inquiry can be either seen as ridiculously funny or just plain ridiculous .

Why people , why are you ridiculing our Royal commission ? As if Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan’s claims that Vk Lingam was drunk or mad wasn’t bad enough ..

Read about what he had to say here. I’m not really sure what to say ..

We’re not friends but we met by chance in Singapore and it was a coincidence that we were both on the same flight to New Zealand and somehow he ended up tagging along for the duration of the ENTIRE journey . But no , we do NOT know each other well and all he wanted to do was share a van with me to cut costs .

Ranjit: You bumped into him accidentally. He followed you everywhere and wanted to share a van to Queenstown. In Malaysia, you were a judge and him, a lawyer. Wouldn’t Tun say “This is enough. I would not share a van with you. There must be a limit.” Why did you allow him to follow you to Queenstown.

Eusoff: You see, the van can accommodate nine people.

Get another van la ! Who do you think you’re kidding ?

Signing Out,
Juin
